Privacy policy
This page explains which personal data atelierlago.ch collects and how it is used under the Swiss Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the European GDPR.
Data we collect
The order form may collect: name, business name, email, country/city, industry, current website (optional), package, WhatsApp number and an optional note. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The card number stays with Stripe; we receive the name, email, amount and the business details from the form.
WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.)
Submitting the form sends the completed fields as a pre-filled message to WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. WhatsApp buttons open the same service. The transfer is triggered by your action. WhatsApp processes the data under its own policy, outside Atelier Lago’s control.
Hosting (Vercel Inc.)
The website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA) infrastructure. Technical server logs (IP address, browser) may be kept briefly by Vercel as needed to run the site.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and clicks in aggregated, anonymous form. It sets no cookies, builds no profiles and does not store full IP addresses. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
Retention
Information received through the contact process is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and is then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask how your personal data is processed and request that it be corrected or deleted.
Measuring the purchase journey
We measure package views, plan selections, checkout handoffs and payment-provider-confirmed orders in aggregate. Events include only language, package, billing period, currency, amount and a broad source such as the salon page. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, form text and order access tokens are not sent in analytics events. Private customer pages are excluded from analytics.
